  • Employment law investigations, including sexual harassment investigations that meet the requirements of the State of California’s Supreme Court ruling in Cotran v. Rollins Hudig Hall International, Inc.;

  • Mediation, including development of mediation programs and training of a company’s staff to be mediators;

  • Training on a wide variety of Human Resource topics, which can be tailored to meet your company’s needs;

HRBC also publishes Human Resource Manuals for employers. Our first manual to be published was An Employers Guide: A Proactive Approach To Avoiding Claims of Sexual Harassment© and HRBC’s second manual is An Employers Guide: How To Avoid Lawsuits When Disciplinary Actions Become Necessary©. HRBC plans on publishing approximately 15 more manuals in this series, including manuals on the Americans With Disabilities Act, Worker’s Compensations, to name but a few.

HRBC also publishes a quarterly newsletter, the HRBC Reporter. This newsletter will always contain up to date and often-vital Human Resource information for employers. Occasionally we will have articles in the HRBC Reporter from our alliances. The goal of the HRBC Reporter is to keep our client employers well-informed on important issues of the day. When HRBC comes upon information that our client employers need to know immediately HRBC will send out our HRBC Opinion Guide.
