BUSINESS SUBSCRIBER SERVICES

has developed a new and innovative
service for the small business, typically those businesses with fewer than 250 employees.
The services provided in this program include the following:

A toll-free or local number will be available to the subscriber on a
24/7 basis to call with questions involving Human Resource or State or Federal compliance
issues. All questions will be answered within 72 hours, with most questions being answered
within 24 hours. If a question is identified as being urgent it will be answered within 24
hours, with most of these being answered within 8 hours.
Assist the subscriber company in complying with all State and
Federal laws.
If the subscriber company has a charge or complaint of
discrimination served on them by a regulatory agency such as the EEOC or a Fair Employment
Practices Agency, HRBC will assist the subscriber company in preparing
their defense and/or assisting the company with the regulatory agency, if requested.
Subscribers will receive both the State and Federal notices that are
required to be posted at each business at a 50% discount off
our price.
Subscriber will receive a Employer Policy/Procedure Manual with a
printable version of an Employee Handbook at a 30% discount.
- The subscriber will receive HRBC's quarterly newsletter, HRBC REPORTER,
which addresses important and often times vital Human Resource issues.
- The subscriber will receive HRBC's Employer Guide© series manuals. (Only one
copy will be provided with this service. Additional copies can be purchased separately). HRBC
has published two manuals to date, An Employers Guide: A Proactive Approach To
Avoiding Claims Of Sexual Harassment© and An Employers Guide: How To Avoid
Lawsuits When It Becomes Necessary To Discipline An Employee©. HRBC plans
on publishing approximately 15 manuals in this series. Some of the future manuals will
deal with subjects such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Workman's Compensation and
other important topics to employers.
- Subscriber companies will receive a Human Resource Needs Assessment and
Compliance Review. If your company is in the local area the Needs Assessment and
Compliance Review will be done on-site. If your company is out side of the local area we
will mail you a Needs Assessment and Compliance Review package to fill out and mail back
to HRBC. When the assessment is completed your company will receive a written
report back within 30 days detailing the results of the assessment at no additional cost.
A verbal explanation can also be provided upon request.
- Your company will receive a 10% discount off any service
provided by HRBC, such as Investigations, Training, Mediations, or any of HRBC's
other services.
- Your company will receive a 10% discount off any of the
services provided by our aligned companies as referenced in the section on HRBC's
Human Resource Functions. These include such services as on- or off-site drug testing,
pre-employment background checks, Legal Services or Printing services. HRBC
is currently working to bring other companies into our alliance group. Each of these
alliances will offer our subscriber clients opportunities to enhance their business, save
valuable time and/or save money for your company.
- Additional services to this subscriber program are in the planning stages and will be
added as they are developed at no additional increase in cost.
- Fees for this service are based on a sliding scale depending on the number of employees
your company has.
- Please contact HRBC for additional information on this new and

- HRBC is offering a similar program for automobile dealerships. The 5-Star
Subscriber Service is more comphrensive and has been designed specifically for
this industry. This program has additional features not included above. Any dealership
