PROFESSIONAL FEES
HR
Business Consultants (HRBC)
offers four fee options:

The first option is the project basis. Work done on a project basis,
such as Policy and Procedure Manual development, Employee Handbook development, Training,
Mediation program development, ADA Compliance facilities assessment, etc., will be done
for a fixed fee agreed upon between HRBC and the company prior to the commencement
of work.

The second option is the hourly basis. Work usually done on an hourly rate includes such
services as Investigations and in some cases Mediations. This work will be done on a fixed
hourly rate agreed upon between HRBC and the company prior to the commencement of
work.

The third option is the retainer basis. Work done on a retainer basis, such as being a
company's off-site Human Resources Department. HRBC will respond to the on-call
needs of the employer. Depending on how much time the employer wants or needs this work
will be done on a fixed monthly rate agreed upon between HRBC and the company prior
to commencement of work.

Our forth option is our subscriber service. HRBC has a subscriber service
primarily for employers with fewer than 250 employees. The fees for this service is based
on a sliding scale based on the number of employees the company has. The Subscriber will
pay a moderate fee once a year, with a very small fee each month during the year to have
access to the benefits being offered by this service. If the subscriber wishes to pay a
year in advance, the subscriber will only have to pay the yearly fee plus eleven (11)
months, saving one month's fee.
NOTE: Unless different arrangements are made material
cost, preparation time and travel expenses, if any, will be billed separate and apart from
the stated contract price. This does not apply to the subscriber service.
